This Picture Shows: Manzano Spring Community Ditch — This is the north ditch of the Manzano Spring Community Ditch System. The plans are to replace this ditch with plastic pipeline inside the villiage of Manzano. This work will be done under the supersvision of the Soil Conservation Service and cost shared by the Agricultural Conservation Program.
